The What?
The “Showdown” is a friendly blogging competition that will highlight the diverse voices in Canadian lifestyle blogging. It’s about celebrating our shared and unique experiences, sparking conversations, and gaining a deeper appreciation for the rich tapestry of lifestyles that make up Canada. From the hustle and bustle of Toronto to the quiet serenity of the Yukon, from the French charm of Quebec to the coastal beauty of Nova Scotia – we want to capture it all.
How Does it Work?
Here’s a brief rundown:
- Collaborative Posts: Participating blogs will pair up to create a joint blog post. The topics will showcase the essence of the Canadian lifestyle – food, travel, fashion, culture, home decor, and more. We can’t wait to see the creative collaborations that emerge!
- Audience Voting: Here’s where you, our fantastic readers, get to play a major role. You’ll have the opportunity to vote for your favourite collaborations. We believe in the power of our readers and your votes will determine the winner of the Showdown.
- Giveaways: Who doesn’t love a good giveaway? To make this event even more thrilling, we’ll be hosting special giveaways for our readers. Stay tuned for more details!
- Feature on Canada Life Magazine: The collaboration that earns the most votes will be featured on our blog. We will also provide promotional support on our social media platforms to further spotlight the winning bloggers.
